At A & R Demolition, LLC we like to call it “From old to New. Many architects and building owners would much rather have old materials from the buildings that have been part of the original formation, and add them to the new structure adding back some character.
A & R Demolition, LLC can handle all your Waste Management needs. This is not a new issue for us. We have been going Green for 16 years! What is new is that we have our own recycling site for crushing concrete and recycling wood, and metal. The site is called All Green Recycling.
We supply boxes, and sort materials from each site according to its reuse. On top of being able to handle the recycling of materials we have opened our own site
We partner with you in the Green Building program from start to finish offering a complete recycling plan for all your recyclable waste materials and offer complete documentation of the entire process to ensure compliance with the Green Builder Program.
Although salvaging materials is time and labor intensive, A & R Demolition, LLC feels it is important to recycle as much as possible to preserve our past and future. It allows the materials to be reused in new projects or to be recycled at the appropriate sites to help the environment. The work is exciting and always different. Each project requires careful planning and a specific approach that differs because of size, location and what exactly can be salvaged.

A & R Demolition, LLC has been involved in many projects where we have recycled thousands of tons of materials from job sites. The “Long Center for Performing Arts” is a project that not only brought satisfaction to us, but to many of those in the Austin area that hold the history of the city fondly. Another highlighted project was both the old “Bergstrom” and “Robert Mueller” Airports in Austin. We have used many of the original materials including the building that A & R Demolition, LLC currently uses as it’s office space.
